Meet Monica - Your Wellness Therapist

I initially qualified as a homoeopath and wanted to continue my learning of how treating the body as a whole can make a real difference to health.

I take the health of my clients extremely seriously, which is why I have up-to-date professional accreditations to support everything I do. I’m a member of the British Acupuncture Council, which ensures that its members have appropriate training and follow a strict code of ethics. I’m also accredited to The Complementary Therapists Association.

I offer services from my private practice in Finchley, as well as from various locations in North London, and have the pleasure of working with clients of all ages and from all walks of life.

Our philosophy is in our name. We take a holistic approach to helping you to regain your health and wellness by supporting your body’s healing process.

I specialise in pain-related disorders, stress relief, and relaxation, and often combine acupuncture with massage to ensure my clients get the best possible results from their treatment. I also support women with gynaecological problems, fertility, IVF treatments and promote pre and post-natal well-being, through my women’s health services.

At Holistic Health and Healing, we specialise in Acupuncture and several styles of massage and we often combine these in a treatment that is specifically tailored to you, your body, and its needs in the moment. We are highly qualified and experienced in a range of holistic techniques so that we can help you heal and regain balance, health and wellness.

Where We Operate

Holistic Health & Healing provides personalised treatments from our private practice in North Finchley. Our consulting room is modern, clean, quiet, and welcoming so that you feel immediately relaxed and at ease. We have off-street parking available and allow gaps between scheduled appointments. We see clients from the surrounding northwest London area including Finchley, North Finchley, High Barnet, East Barnet, Whetstone, Wood Green, Arnos Grove, Mill Hill.
