Wishing all those who come across this blog a very Happy New Year! May 2015 be the year of achievement and progress in whatever you would like to pursue.
We have goals and visions and new years’ resolutions are a norm all over the world. It would be great to achieve the resolutions and make sure they are accomplished. From the health angle I do find January a month where people would have made up their minds to make a change, may it be to address their health and wellbeing but also look for a long lasting shift to daily patterns and routines, either physically or emotionally.
To elaborate, we may want to work with issues which may seem simple like changing how to let go of the past, which serves the only purpose of learning from it, but moving with a clean slate in order to again achieve a goal, target with clearer vision. We do tend to hold on the unwanted baggage, and with a new year comes new beginnings, an empty bag filled with productivity and fresh ideas and inspiration makes us go a long way.
In Chinese medicine autumn is a time of letting go of stored unwanted “stuff” and getting to start afresh with the new year.
We may be strong enough to do this ourselves but sometimes we need help and that is what holistic health is all about. It is about your health, your vision.
It is never too late to make a fresh start and fill ourselves with goodness, lightness and positive vibes to make the best of 2015.
