Acupuncture and Massage helps the transition into Spring…the spring in the step!
The transition from the recuperative, long and hopefully rested and hibernated winter can bring out the ready to go, geared up spring in our step once spring is upon us. It seems the case in the last few weeks.
There are more smiling people when the sun is out. Not only do the days get longer and the temperature slightly higher but the entire energy and dynamics changes within us as well. We want to do more and activity levels increase.
It is that time of year when I am easing tired legs for those gearing up their marathon training for the run in April using both Acupuncture and sports massage. Hayfever sufferers come for both prevention and help to ease nasal congestion and the allergies with the sneezing, watering eyes and headaches that could accompany it.
Every year the pattern is more or less the same and it is great to look forward to being able to utiltise the natural body’s ability to heal and enjoy the longer days. May it be running and training for the marathon or simply being able to visit outdoors with minimum discomfort.
